The idea of HR Intelligent People was born out of private requests for specialist recruitment. Over time, we have grown into a full-fledged agency that has been successfully operating in the international market for over 2 years.

We help companies find strong professionals in various fields, including top managers, IT and AI specialists, who deliver real results. 01 Stage

Analysing and shaping the company's needs

The HR manager conducts a briefing with the client: he or she learns about the business, the team, the specifics of the vacancy, expectations and culture of the company. They create a portrait of the ideal candidate.
02 Stage

Preparing a vacancy and search strategy

We create an attractive job description and adapt it to the market and target audience. We identify search channels, use the agency database, AI recruiters, recommendations and professional communities.
03 Stage

Search and initial screening of candidates

We conduct an active search, thoroughly checking CVs, portfolios, social media, technical compliance, motivation and values. We create a shortlist of relevant candidates.
04 Stage

Conducting a competent HR interview

The HR manager conducts in-depth interviews, assesses soft skills, motivation, adaptability, expectations and cultural fit. If necessary, a foreign language assessment or a technical filter is applied.
05 Stage

Presentation of candidates to the client

We prepare structured profiles with analytical conclusions, HR comments and recommendations. The client receives only the best candidates.
06 Stage

Organising the final interviews

We help to organise meetings, synchronise schedules, provide support to the candidate and client, collect feedback and engage in dialogue.
07 Stage

Offer and support of employment

We advise on the offer, terms and conditions, and approvals. We support both parties until the candidate joins the company and during the first weeks of adaptation.
08 Stage

Guaranteed support for the candidate and the company

If the trial period is not completed, we will replace the device free of charge within a certain period of time. All warranty conditions are specified in the contract.

Yes. More than 60% of our cases are remote positions. We carefully assess not only hard skills, but also soft skills, which is especially important when working remotely.

The standard warranty period is from 1 to 3 months. If a candidate fails the probationary period, we replace them free of charge.
In exceptional cases, in particular when recruiting for key roles in a "dream company", an extended guarantee of up to 12 months for the employer is possible.
