Yes. More than 60% of our cases are remote positions. We carefully assess not only hard skills, but also soft skills, which is especially important when working remotely.
The standard warranty period is from 1 to 3 months. If a candidate fails the probationary period, we replace them free of charge.
In exceptional cases, in particular when recruiting for key roles in a "dream company", an extended guarantee of up to 12 months for the employer is possible.
